Visit from my mother-in-law

Dave's mother, June, arrived in town this past week for a visit with Dave's sister over in Ft. Worth. (His dad stayed home in Grand Junction, CO - about 4 hours west of Denver).

Dave & I drove over to Ft. Worth and took June to breakfast this morning as this was the only chance for us to see her. (We all ended up squinting as we were facing the sun!)

The Greatest Show on Earth

Ringling Bros. & Barnum Baily Circus is in Dallas, and Dave and I went to see it. What a fun and colorful show! We rode the rail from near home to the front of the arena in downtown Dallas where the circus was held (the American Airlines Center is home to the local NBA and NHL teams, and hosts a myriad of concerts and other events).
