Fashioned after a horse rodeo, truck companies also have "roadeos". The driver go through an obstacle course of various items and are judged on their accuracy, whether or not they hit things, etc. There are different classes of trucks who compete against each other (box trucks, truck-tractors with 28' trailers, and truck-tractors with 51' trailers).
Dave & I went to a Ft. Worth beer distributor this morning and enjoyed watching their ROADEO.

The "shorter" trailer...

And the "longer" trailer...

Backing up. And once the driver started backing, he couldn't pull forward. He just had to maneuver both the tractor and the trailer so as to go between all the cones and stay within the lines.
